Commercial Due Diligence
In tandem with legal/financial due diligence, The Strategy Works will evaluate potential acquisition opportunities from a sales/marketing perspective including:
- Qualitative assessment of senior sales and marketing personnel (including a review of sales structure)
- In-depth qualitative interviews with decision makers/influencers
- Review external market conditions including competitive positioning
- Qualitative interviews with key customers and prospects to determine (real) attitudes to quality, service levels, etc – assess business retention prospects.
- Validate current sales forecasts used to set the value of the business
